Good/bad ending

What's about this good/bad ending stuff? I already beat the game with and without the hammer but the ending is the same! Did I missed something like defeating Ozma, the Tantarian, or the Ragtime quiz?

Question... the first time you beat it, did you have the hammer then? or did you beat it without and then get it? if you beat with first, do you have the Save the Queen?

There's no "good" or "bad" ending, just the ending. If you've got the Hammer, then there'll be one extra little scene in the play during the ending.
