ok, i wanna know what the deal is with these chests not opening, im sure they are the final weapon chests, but they wont flamin open!!! why not?

You need to get the celestial mirror go to reniem temple near the calm land's (to the right after you enter, you need a chocabo) and win the chocabo race you get the cloudy mirror take that to the woods and talk to a boy's parents twice standing near the magical shinning walkway and folow the walkway to the boy he will move and you will move forward to the end of the path and press X

Just so you know each celestial weapon has a crest and signal which you need to gain all the weapons attributes.

Without either crest or signal you get No AP.
If you only have one of the other items you'll get No AP & Double Overdrive.
