Mine would be Seifer, Sephiroth, Laguna and Zell.

Best Female: Rinoa. I found myself becoming infatuated with her throughout FF VIII.

Hottest Males: Sephiroth, Sabin, Zell, Cecil, Porom, and Kefka.
Hottest Females: Tifa, Quistis, Selphie, Garnet, Rikku, Lulu, and Palom.

Cutest Males: Cloud, Squall, Laguna, Irvine, and Kuja.
