I noticed that quite a few EoFF members have there own servers to host files on such a k1ngd0rk and shoyku.com, well I want to get my own proffesional server so I can make AoW more large scale and other things as well. I just wanna know, how much does the server cost if anything and where/how do I get space for myself?

Do a websearch, that's what I did. You'll find all sorts of options. It all depends on how much space you want and how much bandwidth you'll use.

Getting a domain name itself is relatively cheap.

I recommend http://xionnet.net/ .

They're my hosting provider. They never give me trouble.

I went to their site, and the "hosting" link at the bottom goes to a parked page displaying GoDaddy (which I recommend as domain registrar btw) services. Maybe they stopped taking clients for hosting?

Sorry 'bout that. They have their pricing structure in a thread on the forums; lame, I know, but again, it's good hosting. I have the Reseller A package.

Oh, mention me and my site (www.makofusion.com), if you plan on getting this hosting, 'cause then I'll get credit. :D

I use http://www.ipowerweb.com . I've never had any problems with them, but that also means I've never used their support system. Good prices, though.

Edit: Dammit, in the 10 months since I signed up, the webspace has increased 4-fold, and the bandwidth 2-fold. And for the same price. Annoying.
