OK, so I'm getting a new video card some time in the foreseeable future, unfortunately, I'm so out of the loop that I have no idea what to get. I currently have a 64mb card, and I was thinking about getting a 128 mb. Anyone have any recommendations, brands, anything? Or should I just get something more powerful. My budget is around $100, but i'm moderately flexible on that, if it's worth it.

NVIDIA = good. ATI = bad. Get the best one you can afford. Unless you're a gamer you're not likely to notice any difference though, so long as you get a fairly good one.

The PNY NVidia FX5200 128MB is a good budget card. No idea if it's less than $100, but I got mine for £70. I think that probably equates to $100 (or less) when you take into account that pretty much everything is cheaper in America.

I agree with that. I have a MSI FX5200 128Mb, and it works just fine with all the games so far. And it's cheap (well, for a video card, that is). You should be able to find it for around $100 or less (<a href="http://www.buy.com/retail/searchresults.asp?search_store=1&qu=fx+5200&loc=101">example</a>).

You should probably wait a little. Since the news cards recently came out, the old ones with drop in price in a couple of weeks.
