Balamb Garden Look-Alike?

Okay, so maybe it doesn't look EXACTLY like Balamb Garden, but when this pic came up while I was searching for something completely unrelated, the Garden was the first thing I thought of. It reminded me of a thread we had awhile back discussing how cool it would be if the Garden was an actual structure. Would it look something like this? ;)

I like the gardens and shade cloths. They add a nice relaxed, fantasy-ish feel to the place.

Well, the website google led me to isn't in English, so I'm not sure exactly. What I gather is that the building is in Venezuela, and that it may be a flower garden. Anyone speak Spanish?

I've always been reminded of the Art Deco style of architecture when I see FFVIII buildings. Check out Parc Guell, Gaudi's vision of what a residential park should look like:

It was the Universal Exposition Of Hannover where countries made constructions related to nature. This one belongs to venezuela. The building was made by "fruto vivas" a famous arquitect in quito venezuela, and was inspired by a rather simple flower as you can see.

It's quite a beautiful structure, and it has big flapping wings, which is a bonus.

It isn't Balamb Garden, though, because it doesn't look like a snail shell.
