The Cacti. Paine & Volt Krueger

Paine's mascot thingy is a cactus and if u check out Volt Krueger's Backprint in The Bouncer (is it allowed to mention another game here. Nomura designed him) there's the same cactus.
this is weird i know but i just wondered...
