Town Placement Suggestions

I just got FFT-A and was a bit befuddled by the town-placement system (just seemed odd to map the world yourself). Anyway, as i was looking around seeing what the system was i found a guide giving orders you should place towns in to find the best items with Treasure Hunts.

I'd like to take advantage of the opportunity to use these guides since im all of 5 minutes into the game, and was wondering if someone who has played a bit more could tell me which of these items would make the best set to find: (Cut and Pasted right out of the guide, ignore the numbers on the left)

* All Treasure Hunt-Only items, both English (Gastra Bow & Galmia Shoes)
and Japanese (Genji Armlets & Mindu Gem).
* Various rare items (Zeus Mace, Materia Blade, Tiara, & Sage Robe)
* Makes Geographic sense (Deti leads to Siena which leads to Amber, etc.)
