Firstly, I'll be mentioning boss names here, which would probably count as SPOILERS, so be warned...
Okay then, here we go...
Totema:
Famfrit - clueless. At first I thought this was a water or ice based version of Ifrit, hence his name being a variation on Ifrit. But on closer inspection he's not water-based and looks nothing like Ifrit (well, haven't played the later games), which puts the theory in doubt.
Ultima - Latin for "final".
Addremmelech: a Pagan god mentioned in the Bible. Usually considered a demon.
Exodus - second book of the Bible, and Greek for "to walk out".
Mateus - the Portuguese equivilent of the name "Matthew". Judging by the Totema's holy/angelic stylings, this could be a reference to St. Matthew - in Portugal, both him and his book of the New Testament are known as Mateus.
Normal enemies:
Titania: queen of the fairies in European folklore (also appeared in A Midsummer Night's Dream)
Red Cap: malevolent pixies from Scottish legends, so called because they dyed their hats with their victims' blood.
Antlion: real type of insect.
Any more?
