The parking lot on FF8...Usable?

Am I in any way able to park a rented car from Balamb in the Balamb Garden Parking lot? I've trie, and can't do it. I don't think there is a way, but my cousin said he can...He may be lying though, he tends to do that. Anyways, if there is a way, somebody let me know. Thanks.

its been awhile but i believe you use it once to park and leave on the test mission at the beginging when seifer drives...or wait no nm :| cuz he ditches you in balamb so you never park in it...just leave from it

you can only use it for the use of the garden vehicles, like you said, for the mission, but otherwise don't try.

The only time you'll ever need to go there is to do mission stuff. It doesn't serve any purpose otherwise and I don't think NPCs show up there unless it's part of the story (like that thing that happens that time)
