I assume you mean Omega Weapon in Ultimecia's Castle. Not Ultima who is in the Deep Sea Research Centre.

Start by bringing your main party to the Fountain. This can be done by stepping on the chandalier and having it crash down to the first floor. From there, just head toward the door straight ahead. At the Fountain area, switch party at the Green Circle.

Have your second party head toward the art gallery. This can be done by going through the door to the right from where you fought Sphinxara. On the next screen, go down and head right toward the door at the bottom of the screen. At the next screen, head toward the right and go downstairs then look for a rope on the lower left area close to the base of the staircase. Bring your party leader in front of it and push X to ring it.

Once you've done so, a message box will pop up and say "Monsters can be heard roaring far away" and a timer with exactly 58 seconds will appear on the upper left corner of the screen. Immediately head back to the Green Circle and switch back to your main party.

With your main party, just head toward the door straight ahead. This lead you to the Organ room. If you get there before the 58 seconds runs out, you see Omega Weapon awaiting you. To initiate battle, just run straight into his lower head.

So, you don't need to play the piano at all...

The Piano is used to open a Secret gate just to the right of the fountain in the court yard. You have to press Triagle. Square, Circle, Cross and all four shoulder buttons at the same time and hold them for as long as possible. If you do it right a door way opens up. Which leads to a room with a Rosetta Stone in it. Which will allow one of your GFs to learn 4xAbility.

The translation for the painting is "In The Garden Sleeps A Messenger." What the latin painting titles are for it though I can't remember.
