Yes. You need 10 of the item to put Overdrive-> AP on your weapon!

i think you can get 99 of them by making fafnir or don tonberry in the monster arena...

On another topic, what items (how many and where do i get them) do i need to get break hp limit for everyone else but tidus?

wings to discovery, which you can get by bribing:
Marlboro - Wings to Discovery x4 for 540,000 gil (Calm Lands or Cavern
of the Stolen Fayth)
Great Marlboro - Wings to Discovery x8 for 1,280,000 gil (Sin or Omega
Ruins)
or get 1 or 2 for defeating shinryu at the monster arena!

That it does! Mimics in the omega dungeon are a good way to go, 50000gil each (100,000 with gillionaire)!

Yes, lots of patience and fighting in the monster arena!!

well you can get 99 door to tomorrows if you make catastrophe at the monster arena. and as for the wings to discovery if you do the chocobo race at remiun temple and open 3 chests and hit no posts then you will get 30 of them, however this will only work once.

break limit hp kinda sucks btw... just incase you didnt know... most characters require max hp to deal best damage with thier celestial weapons. main exceptions being auron who does more in critical and lulu, yuna i think are mana based.. but you got a bad time healing up from a death with BHPL as nothing goes the full way.
