Final Fantasy X-3

Now how does that sound to everyone? Good idea or bad idea? Do you think enough is left open at the end of FFX-2 for another sequel? Wouldn't you like to see what happens next to Yuna and company? I wanna hear your views on the subject.

omg if they come out with a third one I am seriously going to claim OVERKILL and boycott. Not that I didn't like FFX-2 but a third is retarded and an obvious attempt to make more cash off a a perfectly good, well thought out story. I'm pretty sure there is a Final Fantasy X-3, It's called Eternal Calm and you get a demo of it when you buy a certain Square Enix game in Australia. (The game has a red cover)

one thing that was always interesting with Final Fantasy games was that there was always a new world to discover. in X-2, you already have seen the whole world and there isn't anything really new about it other then a couple caves that you weren't able to get to before.

Hey- I didn't say I liked the idea. I'm just wondering what ya'll think. I'm not so much into the idea. But hey- I'd buy it if they ever came out with one. I love Tidus and Yuna. They're awesome. You're right in saying that it would obviously be a ploy to make more money off of it, though. Knowing how Square-Enix has become, I wouldn't be surprised if it did happen. :rolleyes:

It's just not possible to make a sequeal to X-2, mainly cause if they did then Yuna would have to be naked to wear less then she does now.

Because in the begining they did it just cause they loved making games for nitpicking gamers, they didnt even want the money.

Sorry Blade xD I guess I was overtaken with lameness with the creation of FFX-3. They are accompanied by my skeptimism of thier relation to FFVII. Could make sense, the signs are there but I am doubtful xD

Well, I'd buy it if it was much longer then X-2. X-2 was way too short for my tastes, and too easy. I beat it in 14 hours and got like, 97% complete my first time. And it would have to have a good plot. X-2's plot was okay, but it just... is forgettable. I don't even remember the plot to X-2 other then Yuna looking for Tidus. That's it. I got the game on November 18th, and beat it on like, November 23rd. Haven't played it since, and, forgot it.

If there was an X-3, I'd buy it, I just hope it'd be longer then X-2, and with more of a plot.

i don't know if it's for real, but i did hear that there will be an X-3 and it will be about Rikku's adventures. O_o if Square does really put another one out, i hope it is on the Bevelle thing...or even better, a prequel...back to the days that lead to Jecht being Sin. ^_^

No, Square just confirmed that they wont be doing that. They were thinking about it, but they've decided not to.
