Where to get Level 4 Key Spheres?

OK, here is the problem! I do not seem to be able to find anywhere to get level 4 key spheres to open the annoying locks on the grid (except the chimera brain bribing method where you pay 196,000 for i think 2 of them)?
Is there another way to get a more plentiful supply?

most consistent way of getting em is mugging/stealing off ... hrm... nemesis.. that or bribe for em as you dont get the required amount to unlock all the locks on the grid with the ones you find during the storyline
