Please Help with GF Ability

I have read that Diablos is supposed to have Enc-None ability. I have been walking around for hours and hours without it. How can I get it. Do I have to get rid of other abilities to make room for it? Also, does this work the same for Tonberry's abilities too?:roll:

before you have the option of Diablos learning the enc-none ability, you have to make him (that's right, FORCE the stupid booger to) learn the enc-half ability. After that's learned he will have the option to learn enc-none.

I think it would be the same for tonberry, but I'm not sure 'cause I never got him.

Thanks for the reply! I do have all of Diablos' abilities, including enc-half. He won't learn anything else. Thats why I am wondering if I have to "forget" abilities to make room for this one. If this is so then I would need to do that for Tonberry "call shop" and "sell high"

Have you LEARNT Enc-Half yet? If not, please do so.
If you have BOTH pages filled with learnt abilities, and Enc-None is not one of them. Then you're gonna have to go to either the Timber Pet Shop or Esthar Pet Shop and buy some Amnesia Greens. This will make Diablos forget an ability of your choice. Now, I'm not sure whether clearing room will add Enc-None to the list or not, but I'd say it's highly probable.

No need to worry abotu Tonberry. All his most useful abilties, Sell High, Familiar, Call Shop etc. are already in the list for you as soon as you get him.

Ok time for me to help out here if you have been a little foolish and crammed diablos with abilities he does not need e.g. Sum mag abilities which are pointless on him as he is hp based fixed damage - something like enemy original full HP / 4 and then you have 1/4 of their full health which is the damage he will cause but never exceeding 9,999 damage. If you taught him sum mag forget them immediately as they are pointless same for all other "Support" GFs like carbuncle and cactuar if they don't start with it on the list it is not needed... Also Diablos for all his power should never be junctioned without a more prominent attack GF such as Shiva, Ifrit, Quezacotl but never Alexander - Holy and dark they hate each other like junctioning shiva and ifrit one lowers the others compatability then delete / forget the following moves only the following ones:

commands such as:

DRAW
MAGIC
ITEM
(not darkside one of the best moves in the game)

also once learnt GF HP + 40%

GF HP +10%

and possibly 20% if you get a royal crown and teach it 80% if I remember right

this will give you around 5 free slots to play with try putting a gamberler's spirit to him to teach him card then keep him separate from Quezacotl who has that ability when carding you have 2 people capable and one to attack

there this should sort out the problem and yes Albhed3 you are correct the abilities they learnt or didn't learn due to not enough space return to the list

Okay... I have been playing for months. All of my characters are at max levels. I started over to get to this point. I have totally screwed up and forgot enc-half. Please tell me there is something I can do to get it back. I do not want to start over, I have gotten so far. So as you see, overloading Diablos' abilities was not so foolish as deleting the wrong ability. I am so mad at myself. Please tell me what to do!
