My fiancé wants to get her hair done exactly like Rinoa.

We plan on getting it done professionally tommorow, so any descriptions would help in telling the stylist what we want. I can only really think to say jet black with chocolate brown highlights.

And yeah, i'll supply pictures when it's done. :)

Taking a picture to the stylist would be best. And from what I remember, the only highlight was on the right side of her hair. Could be wrong though. The cut is done a certain way, and getting pictures would be better, it's hard to describe the exact sort of cut.

Rinoa's hairstyle is nice.
Pretty sure the highlights are on both sides, but I could be wrong too:)

If you want a REAL challenge, try describing Squall's style to a hairdresser:p

The webmistress there will go in great detail on Rinoa's hairstyle:

"Rinoa has lots of bangs too, mostly on left side and their length is just below her eyebrows. On her left side there's lots of shaping starting from where her bangs end. On the right side, the shaping starts at a lower point. I suggest using gel and hairspray to keep hair in place and to use a blow dryer if you need more volume near the top.

Then there's the back half. This half is actually parted further from the middle than the front half. The parting starts two inches or so from her forehead and the rest of her hair is allowed to fall straight towards her back. The bottom of the hair has an inward flip, use a blow dryer with a brush, curling inwards to get that effect. Oh yeah, the hair is chopped straight across here, and the length ends just at her shoulderblades.

If you want to do the 'streaks' I suggest not getting it dyed at all. Hair mascara or spray in colors (with skill) is usually your best bet. I personally use a gold hair spray. Both are messy though, but I use the spray since it comes off easily with water and wont stain clothes. Rinoa has three streaks in the game's FMV on each side, but in all the commercial CG art and drawings I can clearly see her bangs have some streaks too. So if you're going to do this, just be creative and go with your own hair's um, flow!"

Gotta make sure the hair is the right type. Rinoas hair is quite thin.
I was thinking on getting the same hair as Rinoa, but my hair is slightly thick, but i got better straighteners now, so it might work!

Rinoa's hair is long and she has bangs and it's dark blackish in colour

I would pay to see the hair stylists face when you show up with a picture of a video game character.

Dude, she's getting her hair like Rinoa's? Hmm.. That's odd. I'd much prefer a hairstyle like this:

Oops... I liked Rinoa very very much (not as Quistis or Selphie, btw), but her hairstyle! I don't like those brown reflects. Nothing better than the natural color.

Maybe, when you post your pics, you'll change my mind! :D

Actually its no big deal since there are a buch of sites for hairdressers, with 3d models of hairstyles. But, yeah, I was thinking about that too.

Pff... who cares? Most people bring pictures of popstart to get their hairstyles. There's nothing special in liking a hairstyle of a game character. Well as long as it look ok in reality too.

Is that 'popstar' or 'poptart'? :p
