View Full Version : I want Firebox to have the favourites I have in IE

and I'm too illiterate to figure it out on my own. Seriously though, I don't see something like a 'favourites' folder for firebox, so it's difficult to manually load pages and save favourites. Isn't there a faster way?
And yes, I said firebox.

It imported them for me automatically when I installed it on my laptop :p

Yeah, it should import them automatically.
You can try going to import/export, under file in IE and exporting your bookmarks to your desktop; rename the extension from .htm to .html and copy the file to your Firefox user directory. I have no idea if it'll work, but you can try, I guess.

It SHOULD just import them automatically, like they said.
If it didn't, try creating a new profile. If that doesn't work, go into IE and select File -> Import and Export. Export your bookmarks. Then open Firefox, and go to Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks. From there, File -> Import and import your bookmarks file from IE.
It should just import them autom.... oh.
