I take it "southern" here refers to equatorial, since Jelute is the general of Polar armies. And it's Madagaskar. >:O

But yeah, as the Chancellor of the US I'm going to dissolve all states, introduce universal health-care and education, raise taxes, introduce a more humane models of punishment and ultimate reeducation, downsize the army, change the name to the more simpler "Republic of Central North America", change the sigil from that boring eagleinto a raven, introduce a new, funkier flag in rainbow colours (like Buddhist flags), make army officers wear pink and polka-dots and get more welfare into the system.
