FFIV from Chronicles

is this game worth playing? i got this just so i could play chrono trigger but just wondering if ff4 is worth playing. isnt it actually ff2 for us people in the states?? if it is, then what is FF2 in Origins?

Yes, it's by far one of the best in the series.

When FFIV was originally released in America, it was released under the name FFII. When it came out with Chronicles, it was released under it's correct name. FFII for Origins is the original FFII.

I also got it for Chrono trigger and found I enjoyed FFIV very much. One of my favs.

Yup, FF4 is the best.

I liked ff4 a lot more back when I played it when it came out on SNES. It's still a great game, but I don't think it's quite as good as the other SNES ff games. It's better than Chrono Trigger, though.
