FF has never officially had any manga, therefore anything made would just be doujinshi... I havent really run into anything but hentai, though.

Rebecaa Capowski once translated a FFVI doujinshi she had purchased. You can find the transcript here (http://home.att.net/~RCgamusic/dandan.txt), but there are no actual images available online as far as I know.
