Rinoa: Zero or Hero?

Just out of curiousity, do you think Rinoa's a hero or is she a complete zero?

It's both. At times she's very helpless and weak, but other times she's strong, determinated and what so ever... yup yup.

She's a zero man. She's not even worthy of being worm food.

To quote the ever awesome Vanilla Ice, "Drop the zero and go with the hero". Hero in this case being Celes.

I said both. In the story she's a zero, but she's my 2nd best character, after Squall, in battle. Ehhe doggie attack, just like Shadow.

Well, I think she's a hero. No, shes not the ideal hero. Shes no constantly rushing into danger,shes not totaly focused on saving the world...but...unmakred spoilers to follow.


Rinoa is more of the real life type hero.She has her faults,her worrys.Shes afraid of death at her young age, so shes not to crazy about rushing into danger and saving the world.She does do her part,and does it for the people of the planet despite her fears. Rinoas also part of a group trying to get freadom for Timber.Hero material, right there, for joing such a cause.Her fathers a general so she comes from a line of 'heros'.She may have played wimmpy girl well,but she never truly RAN from a battle.If you remember back,she went to try and stop Edea by talking to her,and trying to give her Odines braclet.She didnt run away like she could have.Hero to me

And she has skinny legs. Why people find her 'sexy', I can never imagine. She looks like she hasn't eaten in years... But a hero nonetheless, I guess. She may not have the guts, but she definetely has the willpower.

Definitly a zero. She's the most selfish FF character I can think of. Her entire reason for liberating the town is to piss off daddy. When Seifer, her boyfriend, is 'dead', she only cares for a few minutes, and then starts trying to get into Squall's pants. She thinks of only herself, and she's a spoiled, stuck up little brat. I cant stand her.

I think she's a zero. She's too helpless, her spine is like jello after a while in the game, she felt no remorse for Seifer, and she's a hussy. She is a weakling, and a appears to be very much a coward later on. I don't care what anybody says. Reason with me if you will, but I'll never see Rinoa as a hero.

i agree with zacks_clone, plus she opens up a new world for Squall, who if he didnt meet her mite not have turned out such a hero himself

I cheated once and made her stats 255 for everything. She still sucked.

I said both. In my opinion, she started out a pretty childish character, but matured and developed quite the backbone as the game went on. So, yeah. ^^
