have you done this - play the whole series?

We have just started playing FF1, and are going to play through in sequency start to finish to FF X-2 (FF12 will probably be out by then). Before I just played the new ones when they came out, which was in order too, bu tnot back to back like this. Have any of you done this before?

I did that, and finished about two weeks ago when I played and beat X for the first time.

I've never played them in order like that. But I have beaten FFI-X, currently working on XI now.

Hmm....kind of a daunting task. I can't beat them all, because I've sworn not to finish X-2. Matrix Revolutions' crappiness made me change my vews on the series, and I can never watch the first two in the same way. I don't want X-2 to do the same to X.

I got very disenfranchised with the... franchise with the new direction it took with FF7, so I stopped my efforts to try beating them all. Then Kingdom Hearts came out and I fell in love again. I'm not playing them in order but I'm playing 'em. WHEE!

I wish i had the time to do this. But maybe one day i'll start from FF1.

I've played and beaten them all at least once, except III. Unless you count the Legends series and Adventure and stuff.

I've finished FF1-VII and am currently working on VIII. The reason I started playing a long time ago was when the FF-movie came out, I tought "If I'm gonna see that movie, I must've played all the games first!" Never tought it would go like this...

As disassociated as the games are from one another, the movie has even less in common with the series.

I have beaten all of them except for III (and XI I guess). One day, when I am old and have nothing better to do, I may go through them all in order.

Well, at least I've played the numbered ones in order, as well as FFMQ. Now only FFT, FFTA and FFCC remains.

i,d already done and mastered ffVI-X-2 and then went to ffI and i,m doing them in order.

my original intention was to master them in order(including mastering ff games i,ve already mastered), usually involving 2 completings (except ff1 which was very small) but ff2 mastering is so hellish i really dont want to ever play this game again. i,m doing ff3 at the moment and having a sweet time, a welcome escape from ff2's horrors.

I have played the whole serie but ff3. But only ff4-ff7 in order.

I've done that. I beat 4, 5, 6 in order still haven't beat 7 because the disk is scratched and I'm stuck so I moved on to 8. I still haven't beat 9, 10, or 10-2. I got 1 and two and will beat those in order.

i,m doing ff3 on emulator and ff4 on psx now and having a hell of a time. i remember playing ff4 3 years ago on emulator 4 about two minutes but then returned to ffIX...oh why did i put off playing this genius so long? ffIV ROCKS!
