First thing's first, get those drivers! That may very well solve all your problems right away ;)

I'm not familiar with the Rage series card, I've always been a biased GForce supporter, but I'll make the assumption that the 128 refers to the video memory present on the card. If that is the case, your video card should be just fine to run the game. That however, does not mean that the game will run well... Indeed, SE did a very misleading thing with the minimum system requirements, so do yourself a favor and get your system up to a good 512MB RAM or more if it isn't already. CPU Speed at around 1.6 - 2.0 GHz should be adequate for gameplay on a 333 or 400 MHz bus. To improve performance turn off bump and mip mapping, environment effects, swaying grass, character shadows, and other assorted useless junk (the game is still spectacularly gorgeous without them, don't worry). Should run smooth as silk like that.

My config:

AMD AthlonXP 2500 -> 1.8GHz
512MB DDR RAM
FSB 400MHz
GeForce FX 5200, 128 DDR, AGPx8

Also, there has been some argument as to which operating system runs the game best. My chips are in with XP. 4k page file memory management makes ALL the difference in the world ;)

Now... Running KOTOR or Tron2.0 on my system and still being able to load anything else afterwards without rebooting.... That's an entirely different story, and a sad one at that...

Yeah, I'm guessing you need to download newer drivers.

My configuration:
Pentium 4 2.8GHZ
1GB DDR RAM
FSB 800MHz
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb

I can run the game with all settings up full and it's as smooth as anything, expecially in Jueno around heaps of people. =D

I had a FX5200 but it burned out so right now i am using the Radeon 9200SE for a temp replacement. I have to turn off shadows and weather in Valkurm for it to run effectivley but all other settings jacked up all the way. I am considering getting the ATI Radeon 9600XT 128mb card, and i am wondering if i can play it with graphics jacked up all the way on everything without any problems.

Athlon XP 3200 333FSB
512mb DDR 266mhz
Radeon 9200SE 128mb -> Soon to probably be 9800XT 128mb

Well, I bought a new computer last week, still waiting for the parts to come in, should be here tomorrow. Anyway, I was sitting around thinking, "Well, I have a new computer, what should I do with it?" then I thought, "Oh, why don't I get FF11." And so I did, I'm stareing at the box as I'm typing this, waiting for the rest of mycomputer. Anyway, I'm wondering how well the game will run on it.

AMD Athlon XP 2600 1.9 GHz 333FBS
512 MB 400MHz Ram
ATI Radeon 9200 w/ 128DDR memory

Keep in mind, the 9200 is slightly better then the SE.
Also, I built it for less then $550 CAN. So don't say anything about "OH, why'd you get that?".

Anway, thanks in advance.

The 9200SE acutally makes it look better than the FX5200, my only complaint is that it runs a bit choppier. But it looks better lol. SE has a 64-bit Memory Interface while the other Radeons 9500 and up have 128bit interfaces while the 9700 and 9800 have 256. 9600XT is getting me excited muahahahaha! Also my GeForce FX gave me alota problems like TV out never worked no matter, when tried to ues it it just screwed everything up and i had to go into safe mode and re install drivers. ATI has never given me one problem so i'll stick to them from here on out, Damn those nVidia bastards! i'll say this, nFoce 2 ultra 400 chipset on the mobo sure is nice with tis 8X AGP.

You'll never run it on a Rage Pro. Those things are ancient!

You'd have a tough time of it with anything pre-GeForce4, for that matter.

Slight update:

I should have the rest of my computer tomorrow, but the graphics card is in question, I may or may not get it tomorrow, so if it doesn't come, i'll be forced to use the 32mb Gforce 2 I got off of my friend for $20 and letting him burn FF8 for the PC.

God I hope I don't.

If I must, I'll be forced to run FF11 on that card. Which is something I really don't want to do.
