Let me explain. I've currently made a demo game, of my favourite site. Yet, I want to somehow convert it into a rom.

Is this possible?

I don't know much about RPG Maker and it's properties. But I'm pretty sure if there was a way, someone would have worked it out by now and there'd be millions of bogus SNES roms flying around the internet.

So it's safe to say. No.

To put it simply, no. If you'd want to put it into a ROM format for SNES, you'd have to be a programming wiz and not mind having to figure out the workings of a SNES and having to completely re-program your game by hand (in an actual programming language) to work on it. It's not impossible to make games for SNES, there's demos that people have made up at Zophar's. But in this case, there's no simple way to go about it.
