Don't you get it from defeating everything in the monster arena?

If it is I don't think it does anything. I wouldn't know for sure though as I couldn't be bothered with the whole monster arena thing.

I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong. :D

It's similar to the Proof of Omega in FFVIII, doesn't do anything, just there for pride.
