FINAL CHEATERS

i was just wondering have any of youre mates cheated on any final fantasy game if so what game my mate cheated on VII VIII IX X X-2 so do you know any one who have cheated more then that:choc: :choc: :choc:

I used game genie on VI as well, but only after I beat it countless times. I also think the item duplication in VII and Tactics are cheats and I have used them too.

well my mate used a xplorer on evey ff game hes got like level 99 evey character infinate gill all matearal all gfs all keyitems all junctions all abilltes and evey other cheat hes got :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :( :(

Does the select/cancel trick count as a cheat?

I used the Vanish/X-Zone trick in VI a few times, but that's about it.

I used a gameshark with FFX, just for fun.

I've used a Gameshark on FFVIII to boost all my stats to the max and have infinite items (Hero Elixirs or whatever they are called). wanted to beat the final boss without going through all the getting my magic commands and other commands back. Never got hit though :) lol I have beat it without a Gameshark though.

And I used the trick in FFVI after the Returner's Hideout to get levels while I was sleeping. (the turbo controller trick).

Not sure. I used select/cancel and also attacked my own guys during one of my games of FF2. And in FF1, does using the Finger Point for leveling up before Marsh Cave count as cheating? I gained levels there too.

I don't consider it cheating if it's built into the game. Yeah, the finger point in FFI, attacking your own guys in FFII, duplicating weapons and shields in battle in FFIV, using W-Item to duplicate items in FFVII and such isn't a planned part or effect of the game, but I figure if it's there and I'm not using any outside influences (like a game genie) to modify the game, then it's kosher. :cool:

I've cheated on quite a few of them, but only after beating them at least once in an honest manner.
