Has anyone ever patented an idea? Is it pretty easy? Im alway getting ideas for diferent stuff that people might use but most of the time I just discard the thought thinking it will never sell

I have an invention that I'm thinking of patenting. But I haven't tried it out to see if it works.

If I tell you, you'd steal it and patent it first.

As far as I know it takes a form from the patent office and $20 to patent your idea (I read this in a magazine so it may be inaccurate). So if you have one go for it!

I'll have those babies on the shelves while you're still grappling with the pickle matrix!

...and no, I've never patented an idea.

Look like it costs a lot to patent something. I guess my shoe clock will have to wait.
