Worst Battle Mistake

What was the worst thing that happened to you in a battle? Mine was when I was fighting Sephiroth and he confused one of my guys after i told him to use a mega elixer. He used it on Sephiroth after I had been fighting for like 45 min!

accidently pressing attack penenance instead of attacking his right arm and finishing it.

he used judgement day on his nxt turn and i had been fighting him 1.5 hours. i was not a happy bunny...
