The moment I saw a picture of Lulu (this was before I had played the game) I thought she was going to be a bad guy, with her red eyes and her gothic looks. I kinda thought she was going to be a sorceress similar to those of FFVIII. I guess I was wrong, but it would still be interesting to see.

Yuna. As it is, her character irritates me - having her take a turn for the dark side might change that. Plus it would be interesting to see how Tidus and the others would deal with it.

I think that if any of the good guys would be cooler as evil, it would be Auron. His strength could be quite a challenge for the others, and he simply looks the part.
