Connection Problems

Does anyone experience the problem where up in the top right corner of the screen the little 'R' keeps dropping to zero and you keep dropping out of the game? My computer exceeds all of the requirements for this game and I have a cable internet connection (at about 4 megs a second). It doesn't happen a lot to the point where I cannot play, but it drops me enough times to become a pain in the @$$ and a problem. What do I do to fix this?

The game's capped at 56k, so it doesn't matter how fast your cable is. It only drops out for me when one of my phones is picked up, that's because my dad has yet to get a filter for that phone. I think it would drop you out once or twice a week, but not all the time.

Mine does that too. I think it's my router that's the problem. I've upgraded the firmware, but it hasn't solved anything. The connection will still drop once or twice a night.

Really frustrating when you and a buddy are running through Batallia downs to do the Chocobo quest and it drops. Those lands be dangerous for 20th level warriors. ;>
