View Full Version : Movie Quiz

I just got this idea for a movie quiz. The rules are:

You write a plot from a movie, or a little piece from a movie that's important to it. For example you can write: 'His wife's head was in the box'. Now many poeple might already have guessed that the film I'm talking about is 'Se7en'. You can also describe the whole plot, if you want to. The one who guesses writes the new question. If the answer is wrong the question-giver will say so and his question will still be the one needing an answer.

We'll try... The first film:

'It's raining frogs.'

I would assume "The Prince of Egypt", seeing as it was one of the biblical plagues featured in that movie.

Magnolia.

If I'm right, here's my question:

"Two guys on a road trip to return a briefcase"

Flying Mullet

Dumb & Dumber

"Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh my!"

Kirobaito

Is this serious? The Wizard of Oz.

"Angry Brit goes on rampage for dead wife, sleeps with Princess, gets killed."

Cid
04-21-2004, 08:29 AM
Braveheart, I guess. But he was an angry Scott. (or was it Irish?)

Skogs
04-21-2004, 10:30 AM
Scotts are Brittish, technically, they're just not English.

Breine

Cid, you seem to be the one to give a new movie-plot....

Way to ruin the ending, smart guy.

You're the one who pointed that out as specifically the ending.

Cid

Okay, no one knows, what is it?

Office Space!!

Yeah, I know that movie is over-rated/sold-out for a lot of people, but I still love it.

umm....

Drag queen in old house serenades a couple who's car breaks down and they need help.

EDIT2: I might have used "who's" wrong, I hope Unne doesn't see this thread.

Good guess but no.

If my clue ends up being too vague I'll add to it.

Kirobaito
04-25-2004, 06:44 AM
Add to it. I've never heard of that plot.

And you did use "who's" wrong.

Flying Mullet
04-25-2004, 10:17 PM
Okay, how about this:

Drag queen in old house, which is not in the Rocky mountains, serenades a couple whose car breaks down and they need help.

I'm tempted to say "Breakdown", but J.T. Walsh's character in that movie, so far as I can remember, wasn't a drag queen.
