I was just wondering if it was possible to defeat ruby weapon by getting him down to single digit hp, then throwing a tissue at him. It just seems like a funny thing to do. But I want to know if its possible, is his defence too high or does the tissue not do anything or something like that?

There's no real way to figure out Ruby's exact HP (people hypothesize it's around 900k - 1000k) so that would be a bit difficult. Even then, I don't think you can throw Tissues.

Tissues do absolutely nothing.
However, you could wipe out the weapons by reducing them to 1 HP (if you can work out a reliable way to do that, of course) and then slinging a single Gil at them with the 'coin' ability.

just an estimate, but i think that Ruby has 800,000 HP.

and of course, Emerald has 1,000,000 HP.

It's been years since I even tried to fight Ruby, can you use Gravity on.... no, that would make that fight REALLY easy, wouldn't it....

Yes but it doesn't get him down to 1-digit HP reliably.

First time i defeated him i finished him off with a omnislach, every hit only doing about 120-180 dammage. :) Soo yea... if you know his hp and count the dammage you do, then it should be possible. Kill him by doing 1 dammage sounds funn. :D

meh. i tried beating him without KOTR. I had Yuffie do Gauntlet. It did 9999 damage. Then i did Gauntlet again. it did 0. and 0. 0. 0. 0. 0. 9999. 0.

I've never really 'used' Yuffie.
Sure I've had her in my party but I've never actually made her a very useful character.
My party usually consists of Cloud (obviously), Aeris (until the 'incident'), Tifa and Barret. Switching between Tifa & Barret for Aeris.

Yuffie's dispaly picture just really disturbs me.
