Dear scum,
When did it enter the hollow heads of you lowly commoners that, when a thread of yours is closed, the right thing to do is to immediately make a second thread to replace it, this time noting how very ignorant the staff is and asserting that you know the difference between right and wrong? It's either that, or you take it to Feedback and try to make some civil rights case out of it. This has happened at least four times in the past week or so and is quickly becoming intolerable. Whatever happened to the decent people who knew how to take a scolding, cry into a pillow for a minute, and then go on to make every attempt to redeem themselves in the eyes of the staff?
In hopes of returning our relationship to its former rapport, allow me to make to you one thing perfectly clear: YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. WE OWN YOU.
Sincerely,
Big Ogre Umaro

I agree. If someone has a problem with a particular thing a staff member does, feel free to pm them. I can't speak for the rest, but I am very open to discuss any actions I've taken at this board towards anybody. Most conflicts arise from a misunderstanding, so taking the time to talk to someone has a better chance of eliminating that.
And you guys have rights. We're just allowed to revoke them will, that's all. :)

The only option is to become as loveable as I am! Nobody would dare close any of my threads.
...at least not any of the sobre ones. :smash:

Rights? In a message board? Yeah right. Unne could make the basic sign-up members (from now on) have only viewable ability, or have admin ability. It's all dependent on the admins or whomever has the admin control panel access to determine.
Members of a forum do not have rights. My freedom to be incoherent is as limited as um...however long it takes for somebody to ban me :)

You obviously don't know the pig scene in Suikoden II. The remedy, of course, is to play it now.

Lawyer: But what about that tattoo on your chest? Doesn't it say, "Die
Bart, Die?"
Bob: [conciliatorily] No, that's German for "The Bart, The."
[The spectators laugh, understanding]
Officer: No one who speaks German could be an evil man.
