The problem is, I can't just quote someone and submit the post. I have to add something after the quote. Sometimes someone says something exactly the way you're going to say it, so there's no need to add anything after the quote.

It works, but I'm too lazy to do that. There's an option in the admin cp that enables quote tags to count towards the post length minimum. :)

Use html. One pair of bold tags, one after the other does the trick.

I actually don't like the thread-highlighting feature at all. Fixing that mess would require a lot of hacking, too, so yeah. :x
