Right first off. Yuna Elena was right about the quote. It was Dante. the sign maker.
Secondly, That quote you posted senator_padme is invalid. Theres a difference, between having a quote that has a borderline to it, and a quote that is completely impossible to get right.

For instance. Thank you is said numerous amounts of times during the game.

"Garnet: Thank you." <-- One quote said by garnet who you said wasn't the answer. Exact same quote, on its own. said to Monty who gives you the flute.
"Dagger: Thank you" <-- Again by garnet. same quote different times. This quote was said to Regent Cid
"Steiner: Thank you." <-- Again another quote, this time said to the tall guard at South Gate. when Steiner tries to take Garnet back to Alexandria
"Wei: Thank you." <-- When Zidane helps him in Burmecia.

As you can see I don't need to go on more. The whole point of these quotes are to be unique. When you post a quote that is said multiple times and has no distinguishing features to show that it's not said anywhere else. It defeats the fun of the guessing. As it just gets repetitive and also when people look it up it's hard to guess which one.

As for my disappearance I'm sorry, I'm currently a bit busy doing a project about the members of EoFF so I wont be able to answer / do quotes.
