Hardest Boss, Spoilers?

Pretty obvious poll.
Not your favorite Boss, Most enjoyable battle, but the most Difficult boss to beat, preferably the one who you lost to a few a times, and then you reliazed your last save was hours ago, etc...
Furthermore…
I’m not referring to NG+ (New game + Except for in one battle) , and I’m not referring to the Guy’s who bothered leveleing them up to lv.40 right before Yakra in the Cathedral.
Or in other words, "Most difficult battle, At the excepted level for that Boss"

Mine was definitely Miguel and Lavos at the Ocean palace (Took a Newgame+):)…

probably lavos' final form. i had to go up against him 4 times before i could kill him. it was that stupid regeneration ! i'd kill one bit and the core, then when i had almost defeated the final bit, BOOM! it regenerates the whole thing and wipes me out becuz i nvr bothered to heal at all. grr!!!

Lavos at the Ocean Palace. I like that it's one of those fights where the odds are rigged against you for storyline purposes, while at the same time it's possible--just awfully difficult--to win.

I believe it was the battle towards the end of CT with Queen Zeal. That wasn't a fun battle.

Lavos at the Ocean Palace. I like that it's one of those fights where the odds are rigged against you for storyline purposes, while at the same time it's possible--just awfully difficult--to win.

I didn't even try to beat him the first time, I just let Lavos kill me.

I've beaten CT, but not CC, so I have to go with the boss I can't beat in CC - I think his name is Marcus. Could have been Miguel, though. It's after a flashback scene in some ruined mall. That's all I can remember. Clear it up for me, please.

You probably mean Miguel, and the flashback scene was with Wakuzi
and Miguel in Chronopolis

I kept on beating his arse real hard and then he used Ultra Nova (i think) and i had Lynx and Harle in my party :mad2: ...
Took me a few trys until i reliazed i have to give them some healing elements to win the battle.

no really, i think either Lavos at the Ocean Palace, or Ozzie, Flea, and Slash in CC.

i found Miguel quite easy, actually. whenever he cast StrongMinded on himself, that told me that he was gonna use Weakminded+HolyDrgSwd next.

I just simply hit him a couple of times, and cast a fwe spells. No real strategy was used in that battle.

Neither of those. The hardest, in my oppinion, was the Mammon Machine.>_< He just wouldn't die!

Lavos in the Ocean Palace obviously. His speed is unreal as well as the power of his attacks and he doesn't let up for a second. Its that hard because you are suppose to die but you can beat him.

Miguel is a wuss. The spell that decreases all magic attacks by 50% slaughters him. He is so easy after that because almost all of his attacks are magic based.

Lavos at the beginning of the game in CT is the hardest, since you only have Crono then.

As for CC, none really, since you could just run away. The first time I fought the Fire Dragon, I had trouble, and when I fought Miguel the first time, I also had trouble. On my repeat, both were cake (non-NG+).

Miguel caused me soooo much trouble...
it took me 29 times to beat him... yes... I counted... so on New Game+ mode, I was bashing him like there's no tomorrow, it felt good... with white plate, his favorite attack, holy dragon sword gave me HP!:D heh heh

miguel was very difficult.... but then i realized why he was so difficult... i forgot to upgrade everyone's weapons. ^^ oops. so then i upgraded them and leveled up some, and i think then i finally kicked his ass.

Actually, even in ng+, he has abnormally high attack. And can be difficult. I imagine to keep it so you can still continue on even with an uber party.
