Problem downloading the FF7: Advent Children trailer

When I downloaded the trailer and brought it up in the windows media player, it said something about an error in downloading the codec and only played the sound track for it... no pictures :cry: . Anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
