I don't care if it's not summer yet, or whatever season it's supposed to be. It's too hot, and I won't stand for it. Today I was about to go outside but I saw a bird flying around. It suddenly burst into flames! What kind of government allows the weather to get this hot? I demand a civil revolt to retake Autumn in all its windy-but-not-too-cold-because-I-hate-the-cold-too glory!

What do you bearded oranges do to keep cool? I've tried drinking water, fans (which blow hot air at you), and hiding in my room. NOTHING WORKS BECAUSE THE SUN GOD FARTED!

Australia is freezing right now, I have my half yearlies next week and CityRail trains got me home 4 hours late. I hate everything about this place.

Silly Canadian with your intolerance for heat. :D

Drink cold water. Refrigerated. And jump in a pool if you've got one. That'll help.

Australia, although it's Autumn... it can either be Hot or Cold, not inbetween. Damn you Melbourne weather!

Yeah, I'm on the opposite end of the scale. Apparently, the Gold Coast Australia is hotter than it is here even in Winter, so I'm going to go there to seek out the sun..

You don't know what you've got, until it's gone.

It's pretty hot here in England at the moment. Nice, although I don't usually like the sun. I've just been drinking water and opening the window lots.

It's not really all that hot here (England), but it seems that way after winter. Not that it makes any difference right now because I have to stay inside and work anyway...

It's warm here in California, but not smothering like it usually is during May-June-July. Try taking a cold shower? Being naked? Swimming! Go swimming at a California beach, the water is freezing. :) Those travel brochures lied to you.

Michigan weather sucks, one day I went outside to mow my lawn and I sweat to death, but the next morning there was snow at the busstop.

Just put an AC in your window like I do and crank it, the room will stay at a comfortable 45 degrees.

the uk hot? LoL ok compared to places I've been in america like sanfrancisco people complain that 20 deg celcius is cold (roughly the temp here now) it's only feeling like its hot cause the UK is not wet or subzero for once.

It's chilly here as I post this, but what I do to keep cool is turn on a couple of fans in my room and sit close to them.

PG: Why don't you go in your igloo to cool off and then drink some Canadian beer?

I don't even notice the heat here, unless I'm in traffic, in which case I turn the AC up all the way.

I wish it was hot. Two weeks ago we had heat in Finland, but now we've had below +10 celcius days. :( Oh well, it'll be hot in June again.

I'm enjoying the hot weather at the moment.

Normally, I can't cope with it, but it's not too bad (up to now).

What the hell? You think Vermont weather is hot? Try us Californians, Texans, and Floridians.

Simple solution: Don't go outside.

45 degrees?

There must be a fire in your home by now at that kind of temperature, another 55 degrees and you'll boil water!

Hah hah, stupid Englishman. 45 degrees FAHRENHEIT. Not your damn Celsius.

To add to that, 45 degrees Fahrenheit is freakin' freezin' (well, not quite). I like it at a good 72.

You actually believed I fell for it :D:D

Nah, I have to know fahrenheit, celcius and kelvin just for Physics. Although with such a good knowledge of Physics I get to sit in front of the liquid C02 :D And I knicked my parents old fan so I'll be fine :D

In that case...I like it at a good 345. Nice temperature for me.

In celcius that is one hell of kelvin figure you know?

(345-273=72 Degrees Celcius)

Yowsa, I'm just guessing but thats about 150-200 Fahreinhit isn't it?

It's not that we have a low tolerance for heat *us Canadians* it's the THICK and UNBAREABLE mugginess of the humidity that gets to you, even kills people here.

Like you're walking around outside but it's so freaking muggy your clothes get damp >.< Toronto is especially bad during the summer, with actual warning for people to stay inside when days are hot, cause it can kill you. It only last for two months but by gods, it's a long two months. Same thing here in New Brunswick, there are some days you seriously doubt you even live in Canada xD

Drinking cold water actually makes it worse. Your body tempature is colder than the outside afterwards, so it makes it feel even hotter.

I hear ya fellow canuck.

It sucked last week with the 25 - 30 degree weather, but it was hard to imagine that those in the west got a snow storm at the same time :S

I live in Houston, Texas. The summer of 97 was the hottest summer Houston has had in 50 years. There was a string of 18 day where the temperature was over 100 degrees F every day, there wasn't a trace of a cloud anywhere, it was like a million % humidity, and people were dieing of heat exhaustion. I liked it. Bring on the heat.

I tried to throw rocks at the sun in anger once, but they fell on me. So I declared war on gravity but thats not going to well.

Its been hot in london here. But thats because london has its own dome of smog that traps all of the heat.

Living in Texas, I can't help but laugh at you stupid northerners. It's barely even warm yet; the temperature's in the 80's and maybe hits the low 90's every once in a while. Wait for the 100+ weather. Now that's when it's hot.

I wish it were winter, or at least cloudy. I kinda hate seeing the depressing light blue plain sky everyday. It's not like I hate it, it's just after awhile you want it to go away, just like when it snows.

We had the same sort of thing up in Fort Worth in '98. We went 13 straight days hitting 100. The Cowboys games felt like (with the helmet), about 115 degrees.

STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THE HEAT!

I wish it was hot here. Everyone at my bus stop was complaining about how 'hot' it was and I was way too cold :(

I leave the fan on when its cool then shut up the windows and the drapes when its hot to keep the cool in. Sometimes I go swimming. When I'm in my car with no air conditioning I like to stop at Juice It Up and buy a smoothie.

Here in the hell of hells its pretty damn hot, and its not even near as hot as its gonna get yet. I hate everything about this place, including the weather. In this house theres no insillation or anything, so theres no way to regulate the temperature, and my room has the greenhouse effect in the summer and is a freezer in the winter. *Hopes he goes back to Cali soon* :(
