Well I guess now is as good a time as any to invade Canada. Isn't the US-Canada border the least protected border in the world or something?

Yamaneko

This is simply more evidence that America is getting fatter, eating our chocolate covered bacon strips and the like.

Hawaii is expanding far faster rate then the rate of Chicago sinking. Soon Hawaii will be a huge shield volcano just like the one on mars. :D Besides it'd take thousands or even millions of years to see the effects. And its not like it would matter much today.

Not only is Chicago is sinking, but I heard Lousianna is sinking to.

I demand that Canada give us back our millimeters.

Or should I say fractions of inches!

The Captain

....

Might as well declare war on Canada, our water is a weapon of mass destruction that is slowly going to kill off all Americans, all we can do is watch and pray that in a few hundred years, your deaths will be swift and merciful!

Blame Canada, blame Canada,
It seems everything's gone wrong since Canada came along...

But ha, I'm British so I'm neutral :D

The Captain
05-21-2004, 07:16 PM
You mean, you wouldn't run to Canada's aid if they came to ask for it, as PG suggested?

Take care all.

Peegee
05-21-2004, 07:17 PM
What? We're depending on various countries to back us when we get assaulted by USA's WMD! :o

*throws a snowball at you*

Well, I WAS referring to the land stealing, but anyway, I doubt Britain would be in favour of either country if a war should occur.

Peegee
05-21-2004, 07:26 PM
I don't expect that to happen for another.....30 or so years :D

Dragonflame
05-21-2004, 09:33 PM
Yeah, we'll wait to declare war until you've stolen at least an inch of land.

Heaven help us all.

Perhaps it IS time to move to New Zealand.

Take care all.

Loony BoB

It's always a good time to move to New Zealand, although I'm kind of glad not many people do it because it's a small country and it'd suck if it got overrun.

"Water is moving from the Canadian side, slowly but surely, to the U.S. side," said Chuck South of Environment Canada, which monitors water levels in the Great Lakes. "Over a century, it's got quite an effect."
Yes, at 1mm a year, that would be 10cm a century. Quick, Americans! You need to add one more layer of bricks to the walls of any waterfronts you might have!

BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

Rase

WILL DO!!!!
