How do i put a pic in my sig?

1) Read the sticky sig thread, I'd be surprised if it doesn't say in there somewhere :p Or try searching the help forum, it's been asked so many times :p

2) You can't use the image you've attached, because it's over the 50 KB limit for sigs here.
