This song reminds me of Wayne's World, obviously, and both are grand.

Here's the lyrics:

Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide
No escape from reality
Open your eyes
Look up to the skies and see
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go
A little high, little low
Anyway the wind blows, doesn't really matter to me, to me

Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger, now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mama, ooo
Didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on, as if nothing really matters

Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time
Goodbye everybody - I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama, ooo - (anyway the wind blows)
I don't want to die
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

I see a little silhouetto of a man
Scaramouch, scaramouch will you do the fandango
Thunderbolt and lightning - very very frightening me
Gallileo, Gallileo,
Gallileo, Gallileo,
Gallileo Figaro - magnifico

But I'm just a poor boy and nobody loves me
He's just a poor boy from a poor family
Spare him his life from this monstrosity
Easy come easy go - will you let me go
Bismillah! No - we will not let you go - let him go
Bismillah! We will not let you go - let him go
Bismillah! We will not let you go - let me go
Will not let you go - let me go (never)
Never let you go - let me go
Never let me go - ooo
No, no, no, no, no, no, no -
Oh mama mia, mama mia, mama mia let me go
Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me
for me
for me

So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye
So you think you can love me and leave me to die
Oh baby - can't do this to me baby
Just gotta get out - just gotta get right outta here

Ooh yeah, ooh yeah
Nothing really matters
Anyone can see
Nothing really matters - nothing really matters to me

Anyway the wind blows...

They have been for me ever since Wayne's World was released.

Anyone who dislikes this song is obviously guilty of poor taste.

This song's the national anthem of the country of my head... And the voices in my head are pretty patriotic... :D

MAN I just love this song it makes me want to go 1337-0rz everywhere on the forum...

I always have loved Bohemian Rhapsody. It brings back childhood memories of constantly listing to my mom's Queen tape with that song on it, often rewinding it to listen to it again... and again... and again.... and... you get the point.

I love this song to bits. As well as sounding great, it's also hilariously amusing.

Waynes World... xD

Yes, Bohemian Rhapsody is great. One of the best by Queen, who was a great band.

I like this song lots, used to put it on the Jukebox at college and it was cool when everyone started headbanging =D. But my favourite by Queen is probably Don't Stop Me Now or You're My Best Friend :p Memories of childhood, yay.

It's a great song for singing while you're drunk. A good cheese anthem from an over-rated band. :o

Lee Evans does a very excellent comedy routine with actions along to each line of the song.

That aside, it was voted the best song of all time on a UK chart once.

It's good, and it's only thought of as so good because everyone knows it, and knows all the lyrics too, even if they don't realise it.

I prefer Killer Queen to be honest.

It's a good song by a good band. They weren't great, but they were good. It's probably their best work.

I disagree. In my opinion, Bohemian Rhapsody was the only good song Queen ever did.

I like alot of songs by Queen....Although I think Bohemian Rhapsody is the most catchy and well wrote song they have, which makes it so popular. Basically Bohemain Rhapsody Rocks.

Like what? I can't think of any songs that could be described as "much better" than Bohemian Rhapsody by any band.

The episode of Father Ted where Father Noel sings the song is really very great.

And Freedo: Another One Bites the Dust, Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy, Killer Queen...

What? I can't help it if my opinion isn't humble. Bah!

I agree.
And Bohemian Rhaspody is good, but it is over rated, IMO. I'm not saying that BR doesn't rock, and I think that it is a great Rock and Roll anthem, but I like many other Queen songs better...

~Another One Bites the Dust
~Killer Queen
~Bicycle Race
~Keep Your Self Alive
~Seven Seas Of Rhye
~Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy
~Under Pressure (With David Bowie) <-- My favourite Queen song by far.

The only one of those I could say might be better than "Bohemian Rhapsody" is "Another One Bites the Dust," and I certainly wouldn't call it much better. "Killer Queen" and "Old Fashioned Lover Boy" are done in an essentially similar style, and as far as I'm concerned "Bohemian Rhapsody" was the peak of that style. Although, to be fair, most of "A Night at the Opera" was in a similar style, and it was done nearly as wonderfully.

"Under Pressure" is also a great track... I wouldn't call it as good as "Bohemian Rhapsody" though.

Fat Bottomed Girls! Somebody to Love! What's wrong with you all? I dunno which is better, but they needed naming. I don't really understand how you could love Bohemian Rhapsody, but hate all the others. Their style is pretty consitant.

'Tis a great song, especially to play in the middle of a bunch of trendy preteens trying desperately to be "cool" and watch the look of surprise on their face when they realize that it's not their beloved rap.

And on (what would be to anyone who doesn't know why I just said that) a totally unrelated note, cruises suck until you are at least 18.

Bohemian Raphsody does rule, possibly Queen's best. Wayne's World also rules, possibly Mike Myer's best.

Here's a treat for all the Father Ted (the best sitcom EVER!!!) watchers out there. Its Father Noel (Graham Norton) singin it. Good listening, funny as anything too! :D

My band and me Played bohemian Rhapsody for school once, that was fun, each of us was dressed differently, I was the goth, the lead singer
was the gay guy(he was anyways) the base guitarist was a hippy, the drummer was a safari dude, and our technition dude was dressed as an anime schoolgirl. that was fun.
