What do you say to people when you clearly have a watch but don't want to tell them the time?
"No, I already have a watch"
"No, don't worry about it"

I tell them the time, because I'm a nice groovy person. If they don't say thank you, I trip them and kick their untill it is no more.

I went to a guy at the mall selling watches and asked him what time it was. He called me a smartass.

Person: "Excuse me, can you tell me what time it is?"
Me: "I sure can."

I have a lovely expensive watch. I shove it people's face and tell them the time even if they don't ask.
But if really don't want too i'll tell them my watch stopped.
I rarely carry a watch, but if I do, I usually just hold that hand behind my back. xD

I smash their head in the ground and feast on their blood. Sometimes I just tell them the time though, it's a mood thing.

if you blatantly are wearing a watch then you may as well tell them just sigh in a "geez dude get a fething watch why don't you?" kind of way then tell them the time and walk of

My husband always says "It's a quarter past half to."
I look at my other wrist, and tell them that I'm dreadfully sorry, but I don't seem to be wearing my watch right now. I then start a conversation with somebody else, and talk incredibly loudly until the time-asker goes away.

I wouldn't refuse to tell them the time. That's just selfish...

I hold out my arm and stare them in the eyes until they look at my watch for themselves and leave me alone. I only do that with people I know though, semi-jokingly. If a stranger asks, I tell them. Nothing wrong with manners.

People I know know that I always wear my watch (dubbed "the bling"), but when they ask me what time it is I just stare at it blankly for a few seconds and then come back at them with a change of topic, like "Did you see (show) the other night?" or "Hey, did you hear about (event)?"
If it's a random person or a person that I don't know but hasn't ever done anything to annoy me, I'll tell them.

1. I never wear watches.
2. I would never refuse to tell somebody the time.
3. How hard is it to say, "Sorry, It's broken."?

I don't see any reason why someone would actually refuse to tell what time it is. If someone asks me, I tell'em. As if it's too much trouple. =P

I only tell them 'no' if it's a good friend, or a hot girl, because it irks them so much.
