Spirit Lance

I'm trying to get the Spirit Lance at the Thunder Plains. I prayed at one of the Quactuar statues that lit up, but after that none of them would light up. I think there are certain ones that light up and certain ones that don't, but none of them seem to do so no matter how long I wait.

What am I doing wrong?

First off, how did you know me? (Just PM me)

Anyway, you have to light up three. In the first area, the one near Guadosalam, look near the middle of that section. You should see a cactuar ghost sort of dancing around. Follow it to a right. You should barely see a fallen tower. Open the chest there(1). If a chest isn't there, press square at it or something(2). Open the chest that appears(3). You should get the spirit lance at either points 1, 2, or 3 can't remeber. I see that you can't activate any more stones after the first one so just look for the ghost if you still can't activate any more.
