I have no idea how it ended up doing that. Either an MB bug or a Mod doing something s/he shouldn't have.

When a mod goes to edit a thread, it shows notes on if the thread has been edited previously.

Your thread shows nothing, so it wasn't a moderator acting out of line. I don't know why it would randomly show up, though.

Even if the notes on posts are disabled, everything is logged in the database itself :p
