Spiderman 2

Anyone know where I can find out about this? I saw a preview, and it looks like a cross between the first one and Vice City, with a load of new moves and features thrown in. Now personally that seems a bit too good to be true for a movie-tie, or any game for that matter.
Anyone know anything?
