Your "Ultimate" Armor

What four abilities do you have for your ultimate armor?

Since I have FFX - NA, I cheated and used two. One is Break HP/Auto-Protect/Auto-Shell/Auto-Haste, and the other is Auto-Med/Berserkproof/Confuseproof/Deathproof. If I was playing PAL, I would have only one, Break HP/Auto-Protect/Auto-Shell/Ribbon. *curses NA version*

The ones I'm making are going to probably be Break HP Limit/Confuseproof/Berserkproof/Stoneproof.

Break hp limit, ribbon, hp+ 30% and auto haste. That's the best one I have, but the best one possible is Break hp limit, ribbon, auto haste and auto phonix or auto protect I think.

I was considering Stoneproof, but I find Deathproof to be better. When you cure Petrify, the cured goes back to his/her state before petrification, but when you cure K.O., the cured comes back with half HP and all status enhancements removed... So I chose Deathproof over Stoneproof.

I would use Auto-Protect over Auto-Haste because while one can simply cast Hastega in battle, there's no "Protectga" or anything that can Protect all party members.

I chose stoneproof because of the monsters in the monster arena that petrify and shatter you so that you can never cure them and get them back.

genrally its ribbon, auto haste, auto phoenix and break hp limit. for penance auto protect was probably better but i used this armour for the dark aeons in which auto phoenix proved very valuable.

i prefer auto haste cause u dont lose it upon death and on the first few dark aeons protect and shell made little difference since they normally killed me in one hit and i auto phoexined them. by the later ones my stats were very good so the protect shell was only very useful against penance.

Shinryu does the Eraser attack, which is Stone+Shatter, but even when I had a Stoneproof armor equipped he still succeeded in pulling it off. So I concluded it wasn't worth it.

yeah but thats just because its unblockable, unique to him i believe. i mean trying taking down the boss guarding the anima temple at average stats without stone protection.

I have three armours...

1) "General, All-Purpose, Everyday Armour" (TM)
Auto-Haste, Protect, Phoenix and Ribbon.

2) "Feel the wrath of my Sphere-grid-with-heaps-of-HP-spheres" Armour
Auto-Haste, Protect, Ribbon, Break HP Limit

3) "Defeat Penance without losing a single HP" Armour
Auto-Haste, Auto-Protect, Auto-Potion, Defence +20%
Combine with Trio of 9999, Auto-Potion and Pray, cure 9999HP everytime.
