I sometimes hit the keys next to the ones I'm aiming for, but even during IM conversations my almost-neurotic level of attention to lexical details spots and eliminates such inadvertent errors...

*For those who're still confused, if you hit the keys one space to the left of where you're trying to type, "pool" becomes "ooik".
