I got angry today. I find painting to be rather theraputic.
This lil' guy wandered into my dreams about half a year ago. I decided to paint him.

I think I did a bit of a Tim Burton stylee thing here, which isn't a bad thing I guess.
It's done with acrylic (Black Orb inspired me...) and inks.

So, whaddyathink?

Anyways, your painting looks very good, I guess you used just black ink and the rest are acrylics, neat technique.

I just coloured it in acrylics using four basic colours then worked the ink in over, doing the small bits of detail and doing the background. Didn't take that long, only about fourty-five minutes, tops.

Stress relief is gooood.

haha thats awesome. its odd though how you were angry yet you created something that looks happy. i can never creat happy anything when im all pissed off.

I like the stuff around his head, and I love the eyes. Overall though, it looks like it belongs in a children's book about monsters. You know, the kind you get your kid so he's not "afraid of the monster under the bed" and all that.
