dont imiditatly think im stupid because im not sure but i exidently downloaded a ct intro movie and an ending movie now my question is is there an crono trigger anime movie and if so where can i download it

There's no movie. Those are just cg scenes from the FFChronicles version of Chrono Trigger for the PSX.

There's a CT OVA thingy going around though set in the Millenial Fair and features I think it was Spekkio and a Nu, though I don't remember much else about it. You'll probably find more info by the people that subtitled it (http://www.hikarinokiseki.com) about how to get hold of it. Other than that though, yeah, it's only the animated CG scenes from the PSX version of the game.
