Vixen in COM?

According to Ansem Report, a new character has been tossed next to Axel. Vixen seems to be one of the hooded Unknowns.I'll see if i can find more info around the web on this guy,or any new characters,but so far all i have is the name and the scan below.

What I'd like to know is if this Vixen character is one of the Unknowns featured in Deep Dive. I don't think he'd be the one with glowing eyes, as his eyes appear to be normal in this picture, so really that would leave the Unknown sitting at beach who says, "He looks just like you."

However it works out, more Unknowns are always cool. There's at least five of them shown in the actual trailer when they gather at Hollow Bastion. And that's not including Mickey. So that'd be Riku, Axel, Vixen, the dual-wielding guy and someone else... Or maybe there's more than are ever shown in one place. God, I need this game now!
